We have received numerous requests for a program that explains the new rules for open-end credit accounts other than credit card accounts. Here is the program that you have requested.
The new rules for non-credit card open-end accounts revise the disclosures provided at account opening and in periodic statements. Both the content and the timing of the disclosures and the change in terms notices have been revised.
